Officine Gullo sponsors RAN 630, the Naval Academy regatta

The regatta will take place from 23 April to 1 May 2022 as part of the Settimana Velica Internazionale Accademia Navale – city of Livorno, and all participating yachts will be moored under the care of Yacht Club Livorno.
The RAN 630, reaching its fifth edition in 2022, is attracting growing interest from owners and sailors eager to compete in a race whose length is comparable to that of the great classics of international offshore sailing, such as the Rolex Fastnet Race, the Rolex Middle Sea Race and the Rolex Sydney Hobart Yacht Race.

Officine Gullo will sponsor this 2022 edition and on 25 February, at the Officine Gullo House, the company’s experiential showroom in the heart of Florence, an evening was held to present the regatta. Authorities from the Naval Academy of Livorno, along with representatives and members of the yacht clubs involved and owners, attended the event. During the evening, the regatta programme was presented and its history and philosophy were recounted. The evening was enriched by moments of pure conviviality thanks to live cooking performances by our chefs and a private visit to the adjacent Church of Ognissanti, discovering the history and places of the Florentine navigator Amerigo Vespucci.
